ROCKY MOUNT - Amy Croom Johnson, age 52, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. She was born in Lenoir County, NC on December 17, 1966.

She is survived by three grandchildren; sons, Matthew (Kelly) Edwards of Pikeville, and Dustin Johnson of Rocky Mount; her sister, Wendy Smith of Boone; her two brothers, Daniel (Cyndi) Croom of Raleigh and Doug Croom Jr. of Rocky Mount; her parents, Doug and Geri Croom of Rocky Mount; her partner, Mike DiPietrantonio of Newport, NCand uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
