ROCKY MOUNT - Donald Louis Killebrew (Killa), age 83, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019. Born in Pitt County on May 31, 1936, he was the son of the late Samuel Jasper Killebrew and Adele Baker Killebrew; sons, Donald Ray Killebrew; sisters, Dorothy Louise Killebrew, Jean Robertson and Edna Faye Mosley; brother; Billy Killebew.

He is survived by his daughters, Dorothy Killebrew (Karen Tripp) of Clayton, Ashley Joyner (Ted Proseus), of Millsboro, DE; sons, Ronald Louis Killebrew, of Rocky Mount, Stephen Ray Killebrew (Melissa), of Buford, GA; six grand-children; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Faye Vincent (Bruce) and Bonnie Sue Jones (Joe, Jr.), all of Fountain; brother, Jimmy Mosley of Greenville, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation with the family will follow the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home until 8 p.m.
