Barry Clay Leonard, 61, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019. He was born in Nash County on June 16, 1958. He is preceded in death by his father, Freddie Glenn Leonard.

He is survived by his mother, Ellene Drake Leonard; sons, Brian and Dean Leonard; brothers, Robbie Leonard (Sherry), and Drake Leonard; two nieces; one nephew.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 20, 2019 in the chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. David Joyner officiating. A visitation will follow the service.
