SPRING HOPE - James Bobby Sykes, 84, passed away on May 27, 2019. He was born November 17, 1934 in Nash County to James Asker and Betty Laura Bass Sykes, and was the youngest of 15 children.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Janice Pridgen Sykes; children, Mike (Karen) and Janet Barker (Terry); four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at Peachtree Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 with visitation from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.
