Vincent "Big Vint" Richardson, 59, of Rocky Mount, died on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 3, 2019 from the Pine Chapel Baptist Church in Hollister with Rev. Marcellus Phillips officiating. Burial followed in the Pine Chapel Memorial Garden Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Cassandra Richardson of the home; three sons, Vincent Richardson, Jr., Kelvin Whitaker and Jamaul Whitaker and his wife, Tasheka, all of Rocky Mount; one daughter, Thomeka Arrington and her husband, Tevis, of Sharpsburg; his parents, Charlie and Pattie Rue Richardson of Hollister; four brothers, Charles Richardson, Dwight Richardson and his wife, Debra, Derrell Richardson and his wife, Loretta, all of Rocky Mount, Chris Johnson and his wife, Kathy), of Wilson; and 16 grandchildren.
