Virgeon Alvin Pace Jr., 88, passed away February 13, 2019. He was born December 4, 1930 in Nash County to the late Virgeon Alvin Pace Sr. and Mary Ethel Murray. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Gray Kemp.

He is survived by his wife Glenda Pace; son, Chris Pace (Beth); daughter, Karla Pace; four grandchildren; brother, Wayne Pace (Penn) and sister Janice Pace.

Services were held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Momeyer Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Leonard officiating. Burial followed at Oakdale Cemetery.
