NASHVILLE - Frances Greene Medlin, age 81, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Born in Nash County on May 30, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Alton Thomas and Geneva Proctor Greene. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd (Top) Medlin; one sister; and six brothers.

She is survived by her son, Jerry L. Medlin and wife Kathy, daughters, Faye Hyde and husband, Joe, Frances "Fran" Woodruff and husband, Jeff; two grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to your church or a favorite charity of your choice in honor of Frances G. Medlin.
