NASHVILLE - Margaret Denton House, age 93, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018. Born in Beaufort County, NC on February 12, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John A. Denton and Mary Gertrude Lewis Denton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell Edmond House, Sr.; son, Russell "Rusty" Edmond House, Jr.; brother, John Lewis Denton; sister, Florence McDonough Hooper; and son-in-law, John Issac "Ike" Fowler.

She is survived by two daughters, Leigh House Fowler, Trudy House Medlin and husband, Philip, all of Nashville; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 12 - 1:30 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery with Pastor Travis Crocker officiating.
