ROCKY MOUNT - Bette Grey Robbins Langley, age 73, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018. Born in Nash County on April 1, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Wiley Gray Robbins and Thelma Stallings Robbins. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Donnie Robbins and brother-in-law, Doug Sweat.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Marshall Langley, of Rocky Mount; daughter, Paula L. Boone and husband, Jonathan, of Rocky Mount; sons, Gavin Langley and wife Amanda, of Morehead City, and David Langley and wife Mari, of Garner; five grandchildren; sister, Sandy Sweat, of Hampton, VA; brothers, Mike Robbins and wife Adria, Barry Robbins, all of Rocky Mount; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Dan Davis officiating. A brief visitation with the family will be immediately following the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.

A Private Family Burial will take place at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
