Columbus Richardson passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Greater St. Bethel Holiness Church in Middlesex. Burial, Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. Visitation on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home in Zebulon and at the church on Wednesday from 12 - 1 p.m.with the family present at 12:30 p.m.

Survivors: his wife, Thelma Richardson; daughters, Phyllis Watson (Rudy) and Gwen Perry (Warren) both Wendell, Lavora Mountain (Roland) of Cary; sons, Donald Richardson of Wendell, Stanley Richardson (Helen) of Knightdale and Keith Richardson (Sveta) of Charlotte; sisters, Jersey B. Holden of Wendell, Elvautia Mial of Raleigh and Elventa Thomas of Oxon HIll, MD; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren
