Nancy Rackley Lee, 65, passed away, Thursday, May 29, 2008. She was born December 9, 1942 in Nash County. She was retired as the Director of the Edgecombe County Chapter of the American Red Cross. She was the daughter of Louis Rackley of Nashville and the late Dulcie Gay Rackley.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, David Lee and wife Debbie of Tampa, Florida, one daughter, Sherry Jones and husband Robert of Sharpsburg, one sister, Betty Bradley and husband Steve of Lawrenceville, Virginia, one grandson, Dylan Lee and soon to be grandson, Thomas Jones, one niece, Kirsten Bradley and one nephew, Mark Bradley, three great nephews.

Visitation was held Sunday, June 1, 2008 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Graveside Service were held Monday, June 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery.
