ROCKY MOUNT - John Oscar Moore, 78, passed away on August 14, 2018.

Services were held Sunday, August 19, 2018 at St. Paul Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. The Interment followed in William Chapel Church Cemetery in Elm City.
