Mozelle R. Thorne, 101, of Nashville, died on Friday, July 6, 2018.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from the Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville, with Rev. Sidney Dunston officiating. Burial followed in Oakland Cemetery.

She is survived by two great nieces, Angela Freeman of Nashville and Judy Dickens of Rocky Mount; four great nephews, James Taylor and Aaron Taylor both of Nashville, Walter Keith Taylor and Donald Taylor both of Rocky Mount.
