Helen Marie Stallings Pittman, age 77, of Castalia, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Born in Franklin County on September 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Stallings and Julia Moore Stallings.

Helen is survived by her son, Jimmy Pittman and his wife, Jo Lynne, of Rocky Mount; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren,; brother, Ralph Stallings and his wife Phyllis; and sister, Mary Baker and her husband Eddie Kennedy.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
