Rocky Mount - Arthur Nickson Jr., 76, passed away May 6, 2008. Funeral services were held Monday from Gethsemene Missionary Baptist Church, Bunn. Burial followed in the Gethsemene Missionary Baptist Church cemetary.

Survivors include one sister, Hattie Nickson Watkins, of Raleigh; two brothers, William Nickson, of Raleigh, and Ernest Nickson, of Newark, NJ.

Visitation was held May 11 at William Toney’s Funeral Home, Spring Hope.
