John Randolph Wheeless, Jr., 71, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018. He was born May 4, 1947 in Nash County to the late Randolph Sr. and Beatrice Winstead Wheeless.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Glenda Wheeless; four sons, Will Moore (Shawn), Matt Moore (Teresa), Carl Wheeless (Gina) and David Wheeless; one sister, Pat Wheeless Conner; seven grandchildren.

Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 1 - 2 p.m. at Rock Creek Baptist Church with memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Travis Crocker officiating.
