Cathie Jane Meadows Bass, age 72, passed away Wednesday April 25, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents Travis Meadows and Estelle Yates Meadows.
Cathie is survived by her husband of 51 years Jerry Jerome Bass of Rocky Mount, daughter Penny Bass Gunnels and son-in-law Harvey Gunnels of Rocky Mount; 2 grandchildren; sister Joyce Meadows Doster and her husband Donnie Doster of Maysville NC and brother Garland Meadows and his wife Alice Meadows of Kenly.
Services were held Friday April 27, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A graveside service was held on Saturday April 28, 2018 in Maysville NC at Dogwood Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Calvary Baptist Church 505 S Englewood Drive Rocky Mount NC 27804.
