Patsy Neal Guy, age 78, of Battleboro, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Born in Robeson County, NC on December 19, 1939. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alton Guy.

She is survived by her son, James Michael Guy and wife Ginger B. Guy, daughter, Karen Guy Parrish and husband James Parrish, and son, John Steven Guy; three grandchildren,; one great-grandchild; sister; Margaret Taylor, brothers; Al Neal and Jerry Neal; and a niece.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
