Janice Forrester Harrell, age 73, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

Services will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Church of the Good Shephard from 2-3 p.m. Visitation will follow from 3:15-4p.m. in the fellowship hall.
