Dinah Leigh Felton Shearin, age 71, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Born in Nash County on December 22, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Willard Felton and Esther Rogers Felton.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Robert "Bobby" Shearin; daughters, Shannon Turner and husband, H.R., Tara Bissette and husband, Frank, and Meredith Shearin and fiancé, Josh Keeny; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Ken Felton and wife, Sandy; several nieces and nephews..

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 2 p.m. at First Christian Church, 1101 West Haven Blvd., Rocky Mount, with Rev. Michael McHarg officiating. A visitation will be from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. prior to the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Christian Church, 1101 West Haven Blvd., Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
