Isaac "Ike" Raymond Cobb, III, age 71, of Rocky Mount, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018. He was born in Halifax County on March 1, 1946 and was preceded in death by his father, Isaac R. Cobb, Jr.; grandparents, Isaac R. Cobb, Sr. and Betty W. Cobb who lovingly raised him; and sister, Debbie Walker.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Cobb; mother, Rose Crouch; sister, Sandy Ratcliff and husband, David; an aunt and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews..
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Dave Grogan and Pastor Johnny Hudson officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Wilson. Visitation with the family will be from 1 - 1:45 p.m. prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
