Carson Eugene Weaver, age 83, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. He was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Mamie Wallace Weaver. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Carl, Sam, Frank and Lillie Mae.

He is survived by his daughter, Cathy Parham (Zack) and son, Carson E. Weaver, Jr. (Joy); two grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 1 - 1:30 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Jerry Jackson officiating. Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the VFW.
