Rebecca Ann Norris Outlaw, 63, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. She was born March 6, 1954 in Harnett County to the late Leroy Norris and Ethel Stewart. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her stepfather Edward Earl Glover.

Becky is survived by her daughters Rebecca Hiatt (Jimmy) and Jennifer Keen (Norman); son Michael Outlaw; five grandchildren; brother Glen Glover; sister Paulette Faulkner; fiancé Don Kropp and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at 2 - 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Church on the Rise Rocky Mount Campus. The service will follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to COTR Bereavement Fund 3520 Bishop Rd Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
