Kenneth Wayne Medlin, 41, passed away, Monday, March 31, 2008. He was born January 15, 1967 in Nash County. He was preceded in death by his father, Max Medlin.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Judy Medlin of Rocky Mount, mother of his daughter and wife, Opal Harrington Medlin, one daughter, Ryan Medlin, two sons, Tyler Scott Quinn, serving in Iraq, Michael Powell of Rocky Mount, three brothers, Keith and wife Wendy of Apex, Max Webb of White Lake, Daniel Joyner of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Debra Medlin and Fiancé Dan Meadows of Nashville, Charlotte Matthews of Rocky Mount, step-mother, Pat Medlin Grooms of Rocky Mount, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Friday, April 4, 2008 from 7:00-8:30PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral Service was Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Moss officiating. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
