Ollie Edward Anstead, Jr., 89, of Portsmouth, VA, passed away Friday, August 4, 2017. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 12, at 11 a.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Lynch Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, August 11, from 7-8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
