Jasper Lewis Williams, 76, of Bailey passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Services were held Sunday, July 8, at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. The Rev. Pastor Darrel Bowles officiated.

He is survived by his daughters, Beth Anna Liles and husband, Denny of Bailey, and Stephanie Williams Hagwood and husband, Joe of Bailey; 4 grandsons; sisters-in-law, Diane Horton and husband, David, Jean Turner and husband, Gene, Jean Williams, and Patricia Williams; 4 nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Williams; his parents, Loomis and Eva Williams, and his brothers, R.J. Williams, and Billy Williams.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed in Lewis' memory to Hornes United Methodist Church, 145 W Hornes Church Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27896.
