Betsy Gehman Jolley, 87, passed away on June 14, 2017. She was born in Rocky Mount on June 3, 1930, to the late Franklin Kemper Gehman and Lillian Ward Gehman.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Thomas Edward Jolley, Jr., daughter Elizabeth Ward Jolley, son Frank Gehman Jolley, all of Rocky Mount; four grandsons.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Rocky Mount. A visitation with the family will follow the service in the fellowship hall at First United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church at 100 S. Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 or the Salvation Army of Rocky Mount at 420 Paul Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
