Orsino Lazarus Bell, Jr., 27, of Rocky Mount, died on May 29, 2017 in Rocky Mount.

Services were held Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Rocky Mount. The Interment followed in Gardens of Gethsemane in Rocky Mount.
