Frances "Frankie" Joyner Tilley, 69, of Rocky Mount, passed away on May 10, 2017. She was born in Nash County, on April 9, 1948 and she was the daughter of the late David Worth and Frances Hackney Joyner, also of Rocky Mount.
She is survived by her husband, Mac Tilley; daughters, Marcie Harlow Coyne and husband, Mark, of Chapel Hill; and Julia Harlow Levy and husband, Jeff, of Rocky Mount; two grandchildren; brother, David Worth Joyner, Jr., of Raleigh.
A memorial service was held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Church of the Good Shepherd, Rocky Mount.
