Gerald Wayne Wooten, 65, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017 . He was born in Wilson County to the late Glen and Margaret Wooten. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Gail Miller.

He is survived by his son Dennis Wooten (Tracey); 1 grandchild; sister Vicky Sharp (Ronnie).

A memorial service was held on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Potter officiating.
