Carolyn Mansfield, age 62, of Nashville, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017. Born in Waterville, Maine on July 3, 1954, she was the daughter of the late William Lee Mansfield and Frances Gillikin Culbreth. She was preceded in death by her step-father, George Culbreth: and brother, William Mansfield, Jr.

She is survived by her friend and companion, Jeanne Moore; sisters; Julie Talton and her husband, Roger of Lagrange and Ellen Hughes and her husband, Tom of Clayton; one niece; three nephews.

A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the Hollywood Cemetery in Farmville, NC at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Carlton Cockrell officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 6 -8:30 pm at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

Flowers are welcomed or memorials may be made in Carolyn's name to the Nash Community College Blue Love Merchant Fund, 522 N. Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 or the Food Bank of Eastern NC, 1712 Union Street, Greenville, NC 27834.
