Deborah Johnson Powell, 55, of Enfield, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 1 p.m. from Pine Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Chapel Church Cemetery.

Survivors include her spouse, Cornelius L. Powell; one son, Jake Hedgepeth, II, of Zebulon; father, James Johnson, of Rocky Mount; three sisters, Diana Dale and her husband, Danny, of Woodbridge, VA, Pauline Johnson, of Nashville and Jackie Sweet and her husband, Don, of Creedmoor; brother James A. Johnson, of Whitakers; and five grandchildren.
