Johnny Wayne Sullivan, 52, passed away, Sunday, March 2, 2008. He was born May 28, 1955 in Wilson County. Johnny was a member of Castalia Baptist Church. He loved his family and fox hunting. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Sullivan, two brothers, Robert Cremo and Doug Sullivan.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Mary Lou Barfield Sullivan, mother, Mettie Lou Sullivan of Middlesex, four children, Roger and fiancé Deborah Turner, Benji Sullivan and companion, Amber Walker, Jamie Smith and husband Johnny, Jason Walters and wife Jamie, all from Castalia; two grandchildren, Deanna and Austin Simpson, two brothers, Billy Ray Sullivan and wife Nancy, Tim Sullivan and wife Jan; two sisters, Pat Godwin and husband W.N., Vicky Bailey and husband Fletcher, all of Middlesex.

Visitation was held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
