ROCKY MOUNT - Robert "RC" Clarence Pridgen, 57, died Monday, July 10, 2006. He was born July 5, 1949 son of the late Robert Lee Pridgen and Marietta Dickens Pridgen.

His brother, Ronnie Wayne Pridgen preceded him in death.

Survivors include his sister, Sylvia Pridgen Gold and husband, James E. of Nashville; brother, Bennette Pridgen of Nashville; 4 nieces and one nephew.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at Johnson Funerals and Cremations, 226 S. Barnes Street, Nashville. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2006 at the funeral home.
