Danny George Snyder, age 79 passed away on Wednesday March 8, 2017. Born in Bristol, Tennessee on January 6, 1938, he was the son of the late Ernest Snyder and Mary Jewell Snyder. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Deloris Ann Snyder, Aunt Mid Sherman, Brother Phillip Snyder, & Sister Mona Smithson.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Patricia (Pat) Ann Snyder; son Jeffery Anderson (Kristi Anderson), daughter Eva Papa (Joseph Papa); 5 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday March12, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home, Nashville. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday 1 p.m. preceding the funeral.

Burial will take place on Monday in Norfolk, Virginia. Preceding the burial a service will be held at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, 288 E. Little Creek Rd., Norfolk, VA 23505.
