Arlene Canady Thorne, 98, of Rocky Mount, passed away on February 23, 2017.

Visitation will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Pittman Grove Baptist Church, 268 Grove Church Rd in Battleboro. The Interment will take place immediately after the Service in Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
