Willie Melvin Costin, 80, of Bailey passed away Friday, February 10, 2017. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 14, in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Gerald Wiggs will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday evening at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

He is survived by his sisters, Joyce Brantley and Jean Costin both of Bailey; his brother, Frank Joyner and wife, Joan of Bailey; several nieces and nephews.

He is preced in death by his parents, Stacy Britt Costin and Anna P. Joyner; his wives, Ann Wester Costin and Ann Strickland Costin, and his brothers, Alton Costin and George Joyner, Jr.
