Clara Beth Chappell, 27, passed away Friday, January 13, 2017. She was born in Nash County on January 23, 1989.

She is survived by her mother, Brenda Shearin Adams (John); father, Ernie Chappell (Lisa); brother, Brandon Fountain ( Tabitha ); sister, Lisa Chappell; step brothers, Steven Adams and Chris Stacy (Emily); grandmother, Clara Mae Chappell and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Saffell officiating.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Cornerstone Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
