Glenn Sylvester Rushing, 66, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2017. Glenn was preceded in death by his wife Christine Rushing of 40 years. Glenn is preceded by Clyde Rushing his father, Lean Rushing, his mother, Lucille Rushing, his sister, Thomas Rushing, his brother.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Jane Hopkins, brother, Edsel Rushing.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Harvest Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
