Susan Kennette Alford age 55 of Rocky Mount, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Clara Alford, great nephew, Brandon Pearce and brother-in-law, James "Doug" House.

She is survived by her sisters, Alice Alford House of Rocky Mount, Ellen Alford Viverette of Greenville and Sandra Jean Alford of Rocky Mount; one nephew; four nieces; one great- niece; five great-nephews and her lifelong love, Ron Wells.

Services will be held at the Nashville Church of God on Saturday, January 7, 2017 with visitation from 11-12 p.m. with service to follow at 12 p.m.
