Cleo Bardin Phillips, 87, of Nashville, died Sunday, November 27, 2016.

Funeral, Thursday, 11 AM, Nashville United Methodist Church, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment will be at 2 PM in Evergreen Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Phillips in October. Mrs. Phillips was retired from the bookstore at Barton College.

Cleo is survived by sons, Joe Murray (Mary Kathryn) of Gatesville, Jim Murray of Raleigh; grandchildren, Nathan, Liz, Jo Revelle, Sarah and Bardin; and brother, Earl Bardin of Cary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Nashville United Methodist Church, PO Box 86, Nashville, NC 27856 or to Barton College, PO Box 5000, Wilson, NC 27893.
