Thomas Earl Williams, 86, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 in Randolph County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rowland Paul and Retha Mae Lewis Williams; wife Darnella "Dot" Baker Williams. He is survived by his son, Thomas Earl Williams Jr. (Tonya); daughters, Claudia May Williams and Darlene Joy Williams. No arrangements have been set at this time.
