Sylvia Ann Pridgen Gold, 68, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016. She was born in Nash County on May 8, 1948 to the late Robert Lee and Marietta Dickens Pridgen. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Gold.
Ann is survived by her son, James Gold; daughter, Lisa Atkins and husband Michael; 2 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Swane Holloman officiating. The visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
