Deborah Winters Howell, age 65, of Rocky Mount, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Born in Edgecombe County on February 13, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Captola Winters.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Howell; sister, Linda Ennis; sons, Jonathan Howell (Kristal) of Rocky Mount and David Howell of Raleigh; and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 6 - 8:30 p.m. at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
