ROCKY MOUNT - Mildred Acosta Ortiz, 77, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2008.

A memorial service was held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2008 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum with Father Bruce Bavinger officiating.
