Louis "Lewis"Andrew Mullins, 63, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016. He was born in Nash County on December 16, 1952 to the late Jessie Andrew and Emma Lee Moss Mullins. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Patty Mullins and a sister, Eunice Mullins.

He is survived by his daughter, April Mullins of Rocky Mount; sisters, Dianne Chapman of Nashville and Janice Tosto of Rocky Mount.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Cemetery.
