Carmen Maria Torres, 74, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016. She was born on April 28, 1942 in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico to the late Manuel Torres and Eloisa Gonzales. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughters, Jennie Montanez and Maria Montanez.

Carmen is survived by her son, Pete Mattei (Jennifer); 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Manuel Torres; sisters, Nilda Delgado, Millie Cardona, Nydia Cardona, Nellie Martinez.

A service will be held 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Suber officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
