Dolores "Del" Johnson passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Violet Lavimoniere of New Bedford, Mass. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Amaral and Richard Lavimoniere.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck of 59 years, three children, Jo-Ann Johnson (Ronnie) of Henderson, Karen J. Fincher (Darryl) of Oakboro, Charles A. ( Chuck) Johnson III (Shannon) of Raleigh; four grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 17, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Harold D. Cooley Library @ 114 West Church Street, Nashville NC 27856.
