Brenda Childress Sherrod, 50, of Bailey passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Sherrod of Bailey; her son, Joshua and wife, Amanda Sherrod of Wilson; her sister, Betty Williams and husband, Daniel of Elm City.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Childress of Bailey; son, Matthew Sherrod of Bailey.

A memorial service will be held at 7p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Farmington Heights Church, 910 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, North Carolina.
