Thomas "Tom" Everette Jones Jr., 66 of Nashville, passed away Sunday, September 25th. Born February 24, 1950, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Jones, Sr. and Gwen Stockard.

He is survived by his wife, Pam Jones, daughter, Lisa B. Tharrington (Scott), son, Ron Barnes Jr., son Lewis Jones (Nicole); 2 grandchildren; sister Nadia Gray; a niece and nephew.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2 pm at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville with Rev. Mark Pridgen and Rev. Michael Matherly officiating. Visitation with family and friends will follow after service. Inurnment will take place at a later date at First Presbyterian Church of Morehead City.
